“Recently we used Spear Builders to add an addition to our home.  As a consumer, we had the best experience during this building process.  Specifically, we were impressed with the organization of our project.  Apparently this company establishes weekly goals for tasks completion and the entire building team works toward these goals.  We were told that the project would be completed 60 days from the point they started.  They finished EARLY by two weeks.  Their workmanship was top notch.  The carpenters were very careful to match existing designs that were built in 1931.  Any special requests were not a problem and they always exhibited a “can do” attitude to meet our expectations.  We cannot say enough positive things about this company...Thank you to all Spear associates.”
