Dan and Debbie Spear started Spear Builders of Virginia, Inc. in 1989. Dan’s knowledge of carpentry and the construction industry coupled with Debbie’s business acumen formed a solid foundation for a home building company. They have been building good homes for good people ever since. From the moment the first footer is dug until well after the cleaning crew leaves, Spear Builders is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
