Description
50×60 Metal Pole Barn with Porch in Fredericksburg Virginia
At Spear Builders of Virginia we built a 50×60 metal pole barn with a covered porch in Fredericksburg Virginia. The plan includes three large garage door openings a side access door and a wide porch that creates shade storage and a comfortable work zone. This layout gives secure vehicle housing room for equipment and a flexible shop area that fits the site and local conditions.
Built for strength longevity and daily use
We set treated posts for long service life braced the frame and used a crane to place engineered roof trusses. The framing was laid out for the porch the three garage bays and the access door then finished with metal panels trim and proper flashing. The result is a clean weather ready shell that is easy to maintain and simple to expand in the future.
Designed for Central Virginia weather and codes
Our pole barns are detailed for heat rain wind and winter loads with drainage ventilation and fastening patterns matched to conditions. Homeowners can review licensing and consumer guidance at the Virginia DPOR and current state codes in the Virginia building codes library.
